At Mama Fu’s we meet those needs by serving freshly-prepared, made-to-order Asian food in a relaxed, contemporary setting. Our guests enjoy dishes they can’t prepare at home, and the overall experience keeps them coming back. To meet the needs of active consumers today, Mama Fu’s offers many healthy menu alternatives, and in addition to dine in service we offer takeout, delivery and catering that can be easily ordered online. Our strategy in building off-premise sales has proven successful with this channel now representing 42% of sales.

In response to growing consumer demand for high-quality, fresh and healthy options that are convenient and made-to-order we’re launching a new prototype focused exclusively on Takeout, Delivery and Catering. The smaller prototype will allow our franchise partners to open more units more quickly in preferred locations while achieving improved unit level economics, lower start-up costs and reduced risk.

Since acquiring Mama Fu’s in 2008, we’ve successfully refreshed every aspect of the brand. Our experienced management team has delivered an attractive and low cost prototype, sensible Flex-Casual® service model, technologically advanced support system, efficient marketing programs, and an unforgettable, Asian inspired menu. I was a Mama Fu’s franchisee first, and now we are looking to grow with experienced and successful franchise partners.
